Position : Sr. Manager Mechanical

Qualification : BE/ B.Tech / Diploma - Mechanical

Experience : 20 to 25 years in Construction Industry

The Role

The Role and responsibilities :

• The candidate should be from construction industry and having hands on experience of handling entire gamut of Mechanical dept. The candidate will be based at Mumbai / Navi Mumbai.
• Mechanical Engineer with 15 to 20 years experience in Maintenance and Operation of Construction Plant & Equipment in a large construction project of similar nature.
• The candidate should have hands on experience and also be in the leadership position on the entire activities and gamut of Maintenance and Operation viz. Installation, testing and commissioning of plant and machineries, Construction equipment. The work experience should include ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of construction equipment, plant and machineries and transport vehicles viz.
• Preventive and Break down maintenance of vehicles/construction equipment.

Operations & Maintenance:

´ Scheduling the time for preventive maintenance REGULAR maintaining cranes; planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase machine up time & equipment reliability.

Erection & Commissioning:

´ Commissioning the equipment/ machineries related to Precast Factory, Batching Plants and other plants etc .

´ Carry out installation & commissioning, operation & maintenance, mobilization of plant & machineries.

´ Anchoring erection & commissioning of machines & equipment and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time effective resource utilisation to maximise the output for the following:
