Job Overview:


Parsi Dairy Farm is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth by generating leads for packaged lunch services, corporate catering, event bookings, and banquet sales. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, corporate tie-ups, and event sales with the ability to manage a team, conduct training, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Corporate Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and acquire corporate clients for daily packed lunch services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR/Admin/Procurement teams in corporate offices.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase catering solutions.

Event & Banquet Sales:

  • Generate leads for banquet bookings for birthday parties, engagement parties, corporate gatherings, and private events.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with event planners, wedding planners, and hospitality professionals.
  • Manage end-to-end event coordination, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities in corporate catering, event management, and bulk food supply.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and brand presence.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for services.

Team Training & Management:

  • Train and manage the sales team to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and company standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

✔️ 4-7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Catering, Event Sales, or Hospitality Sales.
✔️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
✔️ Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔️ Experience in working with corporate offices, event planners, and banquet managers.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
✔️ Local market knowledge and willingness to travel within Mumbai.
