Job Title: Production Engineer
Location: C95, Bulandshahr Road Industrial Area, Site 1, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201009
Salary Range: 30,000 - 50,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in transformer tank fabrication or similar iron & steel tanks/vessels fabrication industry
Daily Working Shift: 12 hours

Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning:

• Develop, oversee, and manage detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects while optimizing resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Process Optimization:

• Continuously analyze and improve fabrication processes to enhance productivity and minimize material waste.
• Implement cost-effective manufacturing strategies without compromising product quality.

Quality Control:

• Monitor all production stages, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and client specifications.
• Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures and provide training programs to maintain high production standards.

Technical Support:

• Provide hands-on technical guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Organize regular training sessions for staff to stay updated on industry best practices and innovations.

Inventory Management:

• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure uninterrupted material supply.
• Monitor supply chain efficiency and resolve issues related to raw material shortages or delays.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in transformer tank fabrication or similar iron & steel tanks/vessels fabrication industry.
• Strong understanding of metalworking processes, fabrication equipment, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in CAD software, MS Office, and production management tools.
