Principle Responsibilities

Support for Apple and Windows workstations

Handle support requests from clients and end users

On site and remote help desk support for clients and end users

Support backup and disaster recovery solutions for clients

Liaising with the designated person responsible for keeping the inventory

Maintaining computer peripheral equipment e g

, printers, scanners, projectors, and whiteboards

Maintaining wired and wireless networks, desktop, and server computers

Providing technical support for hardware and software issues in the office

Job Requirements

Experiencing troubleshooting Windows OS 7, 8, 10, 11

Experience troubleshooting macOS

The ability to learn on the fly

Basic experience with setup and support of Office 365 and G-Suite

Basic Experience with remote management solutions

Command Line and PowerShell experience

Experience with small business networks

Knowledge of Networking equipment (switches, patch panels, VLAN routers, firewalls, VPN, etc,)

A desire to help people Willingness to research and present solutions for clients and internally

Valid NC Drivers License
