Job purpose:
- Assist in various financial activities as well as support in planning, execution & development of the finance function.
Who you are:
- Manage team and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue, fixed assets, co-ordinate with banks for FC, BRC etc.
- GL review, Ageing Analysis, Debtors & Creditors reconciliation and actions thereoff intercompany reconciliations.
- STPI related compliance.
- Timely and accurate reporting of GST and TDS with monthly reconciliation.
- Strict adherence of timeline for finalisation of monthly & annual accounts including MIS.
- Payroll and all statutory Tax compliance along with all statutory compliances.
- Year-end Tax audit schedules, Transfer Pricing audit, Statutory audit schedules, GST Monthly and annual audit.
- Consolidation of books of accounts.
