Summary:

1. Have you used React hooks, React Router, Redux state management, and performance optimizations in production applications within last one year.
2. Have you developed applications using advanced hooks (useCallback, useMemo, custom hooks) and optimized Redux store architecture.
3. Have you used React DevTools Profiler to identify and resolve:
1. Performance bottlenecks in React Context usage
2. State management inefficiencies
3. Memory leaks and cleanup issues
4. In the last 12 months have you worked on identifying and fixing security vulnerabilities in production React applications, including:
1. Preventing Cross-Site Scripting (XSS)
2. Implementing Broken Authentication countermeasures and secure session management
3. Protecting against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attacks
4. Securing against SQL Injection and NoSQL Injection vulnerabilities
5. Working with security teams for penetration testing remediation
5. In last two years have you leading a team of 2-3 developers while maintaining hands-on development responsibilities:
1. Shipped multiple production features with the team
2. Conducted code reviews and maintained code quality standards

Job Responsibilities:
• Design and develop secure, scalable, and maintainable software using Java, Spring Boot, React Js, Node.
• Work closely with senior developers and architects to understand and implement microservices architecture.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and promote best practices.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to team members.
• Participate in Scrum and other Agile processes.
• Demonstrate strong discipline in commit practices and unit testing.
• Work effectively on both new development and maintenance of legacy code.

Required:

• 8+ years of experience hands-on experience in ReactJS, React- Hooks, Redux, Webpack.
• 12-15 years of experience in developing complex applications with Spring Boot Micro Service
• 12-15 years of experience in developing complex UI applications with Frontend end technology stack is a must

Qualifications:
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 12-15 years of Full stack software development using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, Node, Webpack.
• Practices and experience implementing secure communication protocols.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
