Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  
• Manage clinical services, including patient care, surgical procedures, and medical records.
  
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  
• Develop policies and protocols for hospital management systems (HMS) implementation.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution with 8-12 years of experience in hospital administration or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, healthcare management, hospital administration, hospital management systems (HMS), hospital operations, medical services, and servicing principles.
  
• Excellent leadership skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
