• Managing front desk staff: Training and supervising staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service
• Front desk operations: Managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, such as check-in, check-out, and room assignments
• Customer service: Handling customer complaints and requests, and ensuring that the front desk team maintains a professional image
• Maintaining the reception area: Keeping the reception area clean and welcoming to visitors
• Scheduling and delegating tasks: Organizing schedules and distributing tasks to team members
• Cash handling: Being responsible for all cash handling while on duty
