Job Responsibilities Asset Finance Assistant
• Assisting with payout or other client queries
• Requesting financials etc from accountant
• Requesting invoices from equipment dealers
• Assisting private vendors with invoices (Using private sale template)
• Completing all private vendor requirements (PPSR, Deeds of Releases etc).
• Supporting Brokers of the firm
• Setting up New Customers on CRM
• Applications lodgement into lenders websites/systems
• Completing AML requirements for various lenders
• Loan Document Preparation and email clients & broker (cc broker in)
• Preparing for settlements.
• Liasing with brokers, clients, and update on settlement.
• Attending to Lender Pre Settlement conditions.
• Upon settlement, notify broker, client (depending) and other stakeholders.
• Supplier accreditation.
After Sales Service
• Adhere to record management policy post settlement and emailing copies, amortisation schedules etc to clients and accountants.
• Updating CRM with Settlements.
• Adhere to record management policy for finalised/paid out deals.
• Prepare & Finalise Brokerage invoices: (Brokerage Sheets)
• Supplier accreditations
• Keeping files/records up to date.
• Follow up on Ballons
