Senior SCM+Advance Warehouse Functional Consultant

Overview

• As a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant specializing in advanced warehousing and supply chain management, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our business needs.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our supply chain operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Functional Consultant- Dynamics 365/AX: SCM + Advance Warehouse Management

What will I be doing?

• Help customers successfully implement D365/AX across the following modules: Advanced Warehouse; Procurement & sourcing; Sales & Marketing; Production Control; Inventory Management.
• Onboard new companies to Dynamics for specific modules for a customer.
• Perform analysis of business requirements and design modules using best practices
• Write functional documentation specs for developers.
• Test & train end-users on ERP functionality
• Reporting to the Director of Delivery, you will work with new and existing clients across D365 SCM: assessments, implementations, upgrades & optimizations.
• Work closely with manufacturing & distribution clients to collect detailed business requirements.
• Prepare training and system documentation to deliver end-user training.
• Assist the sales team with pre-sales efforts as they relate to SCM features within D365.
• Provide consulting expertise across the following areas of D365: distribution & trade, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management.

The Successful Candidate:

• Has previously configured D365 or AX WMS / Advanced Warehouse
• Delivered at least 3 end-to-end implementations of D365 or AX
• Enjoys variety in their job across implementation and support.
• Can independently troubleshoot issues to find a solution.
• Well-versed with AWM (Advance Warehouse Management)
• Must have worked on mobile apps and handheld devices.
• Able to manage an offshore dev team.
• Responsible and own SCM track and cross functional discussion.

• Conduct onboarding sessions and provide continuous training to new team members to ensure they understand marketing processes and tools.

Go-Live Support:

• Offer additional support during go-live events, working late nights if necessary to ensure smooth execution.

Certification Upgrades:

• Continuously upgrade Microsoft certifications to maintain expertise in the latest technologies and tools.

Market Research via Dynamics Vlogs:

• Regularly review Dynamics vlogs to gain insights into market campaigns and presales activities of competitors, applying learnings to enhance company strategies.

Request for Proposal (RFP):

• Prepare comprehensive responses to RFPs, aligning proposals with company strengths and client needs.
