Senior Manager - Training

The primary responsibility of the Trainer is to conduct structured training programs that enhance the skills and productivity
of Retirement Advisors (RAs). This role involves capability building, monitoring training effectiveness, and ensuring selfdevelopment to maintain high-quality training standards. The Trainer will play a pivotal role in the onboarding and
continuous development of new and vintage RAs, ensuring alignment with the company s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Capability Building - New RAs (M0-M2)
Ensure new RAs complete their 0-3-month structured
learning journey.
o Measure of Success (MOS) 95% completion rate
o Weightage 10%
Facilitate business activation of new RAs.
o MOS 50% activation rate
o Weightage 20%
2. Capability Building - Vintage RAs (M6+)
Ensure completion of monthly assessments and
attendance in at least 3 Pathshala sessions per month.
o MOS 95% completion rate
o Weightage 15%
Drive business productivity for Vintage RAs (M6+)
o Govt sector Achieve 8 lakh productivity
o Corporate sector Achieve 20 lakh productivity
o MOS 70% achievement rate
o Weightage 15%
3. Training Delivery (Input KPI)
Conduct 15 Mandays of training sessions monthly.
o MOS 80% completion rate
o Weightage 20%
4. Self-Development
Achieve Black Belt Certification.
o MOS 100% certification
