Facility Manager

Designation: Facility Manager (EX-ARMY is a Plus)

Years of Experience: 3 to 7 years

Qualification: Graduate/Engineering/ Diploma

As the Manager- Facility, you will be responsible for the following functions:

• To be responsible for Maintenance Management of Commercial and Residential Projects
• Performance of Facility Machineries, Vehicle, Lifts etc and maintaining the Log Book and Performance
• Tennant Facilitation and smooth Flow of collection by coordinating with the Accounts Department
• Electricity and Water Maintenance, Performance, Collection
• Maintenance Manpower / Security Management of all the Properties and cost control over the expenses
• Attending all the Maintenance complaints within 24 Hours
• Data Bank of all the maintenance facilities
• To Maintain a Complaint Register and its compliances
• Planning and Scheduling of Various Preventive Maintenance of the Properties
• Maintenance of Motors, STP and other fecilities
• To have a constant track of Security and Labour moment at the site

You will be reporting to the VP Business Development and Facility Role & responsibilities

Candidate with Electrical Exposure is a plus
