JOB TITLE Team Member Investor Services
Reports to Team Manager Investor Services

Position Grade Range Executive/ Assistant Manager (May vary based on experience)
:
JOB PURPOSE:
• To manage customer interactions centrally received at the branches in coordination with the
Registrars and various internal / External vendors
JOB ROLE :
• To manager customer interactions received by way of Calls, Walkins, Emails etc., as per the laid down
SOP’s and within the regulatory framework
• To manager investor /distributor relation at the branch level, create value for internal and external
stakeholders.
• Efficient and Error free transaction acceptance, ensuring no deviation in KYC acceptance and
processing
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Graduate/ Post Graduate with 2 -3 years of related experience.
• NISM Certification is mandatory
