Fixed Income Dealer

Role & responsibilities

1. Fixed Income Trade Execution (GSec, Corporate Bonds, MF etc)

2. Execute fixed income trades, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

3. Evaluate the nature/ type of papers bought in terms of yield, duration, segment, etc. to maximize return in line with the view on interest, credit and ALM.

4. Review investments and decisions to ensure no limits are breached and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

5. Execute investment and provide instructions to Operations on the transaction for settlement

6. Prepare the fixed income fund management report / update for presenting to the investment committee etc

7. Provide estimations of income projection for shareholder funds to Finance team for financial projections.

8. Credit research

9. Analyze the financials of the companies, engage with management, attend investor calls, etc. to evaluate and ensure risk reward is favorable for the companies we are invested in

10. Monitor and make an assessment and recommend credit that can be upgraded/ downgraded
