1. JOB PURPOSE

Key Skills To Manage the Cash flows, Trade Settlement , Fund accounting , Investment limits and compliance & accurate NAV Calculations , MIS Generation and Reporting.

1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

(Accountabilities associated with the job)

• Cash Flow Management
• Monitor every scheme and record the inflow & outflow on a daily basis.
• Update the front office on the Investible funds to enable them to take decision for buying securities.
• Ensure timely initiating the fund transfer related to Pay-in File & Trade Settlement. Follow up with custodian for receipt of funds towards Trade settlement.
• Ensure timely initiation of fund transfer through Axis Bank Corporate Banking.
• Timely follow up with Bank and CRA for issues faced during daily transactions.
• Ensure timely initiation of MFU transactions on GoCorp/KORP Connect in Liquid/Overnight MF within the cut off time.
• Ensure no funds are lying idle and there is no overdraft in any Bank Account.
• Ensure timely settlement of Trades on CBRICS/FTRAC/NSDL STeADY along continues follow up respective counterparts

• Managing Fund Accounting
• Input/Authorize all inflows & outflows recorded in Investment System for purchase and sale of securities & receipts of corporate actions.
• Ensure corporate actions are recorded and authorized in the Investment system.
• Ensure at the day end all the trades are recorded and authorized in the Investment System.
• Daily Reconciliation of Bank Account and Custody holding and timely resolution of difference if any.
• Ensure the valuation of Investment
• Running Intra-Day and EOD
• Monitoring of Investment limits and compliance.

• NAV Calculations
• Checking NAV of all Schemes Tier I and Tier II with excel working to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all Income and Expenses accrued for the day are accurate.
• Ensure NAV are uploaded on CRA and Company Website within cut off timeline.

• MIS Reporting:
• Preparation of PFRDA Monthly and Quarterly Reports.
• Preparation of Yearly and Half Yearly Scheme financial.
• Preparation of daily MIS.

• Essentials Skills / Basic Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of fund accounting
• Work Experience on Mfund/Mpower Investment Systems
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word , Power Point

Educational Qualifications

1. Qualifications

• CFA / MBA / CA / M.com/B.com

1. Work Experience

• 2+ years of fund accounting experience in Insurance / Mutual fund / Pension fund.
