A sales team leader who can effectively lead, motivate, and manage their team while achieving organizational sales objectives.
Achieve the monthly/quarterly sales quota for the team (team size can be up to 10 team members).
Contribute individually to meeting sales quotas.
Be responsible for sales and meeting the team s sales commitments.
Coaching and Skill Development of the sales team in meeting the targets.
Make cold calls through telephone, WhatsApp, emails, and by visiting project sites.
Accountable for results.
Make commitments and deliver them.
Handle significant responsibility and mental pressure.
Skills required:
Experience in frontline sales Handling client-facing roles. Sufficient sales knowledge and expertise.
Experience in closing sales and getting orders. Being responsible for getting orders.
Experience in Team Handling of a Sales Team .
Leadership skills to lead a team of 10 sales executives.
