Position Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Team Lead of R&d.

- The idealcandidate will lead and oversee the design and development of EV Chargers and DC-DC Converters, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of electric mobility.

- The position is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and researchers.

- Foster a culture of innovation,collaboration, and excellence within the R&D department.

- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to production.

- Drive innovation in design, functionality, and performance of EV Chargers and DC-DC Converters.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Leverage a deep understanding of power electronics to guide the team in developing high-qualityproducts.

- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing, to achieve project goals.

- Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure the reliability and performance of products.
