What will your essential responsibilities include

Assist EBX Governance Coordinators with managing of change request raised for EFA and support the Group and Regulatory Close by ensuring timely implementation of change requests through EBX.

Coordinate with requestor to understand the requirements and ensure submissions are complete.

Coordination with change requestors, approvers and testors for any delays.

Re-assign tickets to back-up approver when assigned approver is not available.

Engage accounting, controlling business users and IT support teams to identify and resolve the production issue.

Verify all requests received are complete with all mandatory information as per the governance model.

Provide support with resolution of queries or issues from finance users and Controllers related to EBX tickets.

Seek opportunities for process improvement.

Liaison addition, de-activation and change requests for various dimensions (e.g. GL Account, Company Code/Trading Partner, Product) with Masterdata Management team (MDM) through relevant whitepapers.

Perform Masterdata changes directly in SAP where IT involvment is not required for dimension value creation or modification (e.g. Cost Centre & Internal Order).This requires coordination with Expense Control and Asset Accounting teams on a day to day basis.

Coordinate and collaborate with other MD POCs and Business Partners (BPs) for different type of master data changes (e.g. updates to bank setups, changes to tax rates for vendor, linkage of dimensions between SAP and COUPA).

Work with centralized IT teams for update on open tickets, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain documentation for audit purpose.

Address any follow up queries from technical teams regarding the requested change and ensure the MDM requests are completed promptly.

Manage security authorizations for SAP GL module and follow up on open tickets and user inquiries.

Coordinate with AXA XL Expense team on annual TOM and other changes related to Cost Centre, ensuring changes are implemented in SAP/COUPA to prevent processing delays.

Assist Manager with internal and external audits support.

Praticipate in various system integrations testings, Sprint release Scrum & UAT within EFA.

Provide support with resolution of queries or issues from finance users and Controllers related to Master data.You will report to the Delivery Lead, Chief Accounting & Capital Office.SHARE your talentSHARE your talentWere looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:

A Graduate or Post-Graduate in Technology, Commerce or Computer Science (B-Tech/B. Com/M. Com/MBA/PGDBA).

Relevant years of post-qualification experience in Financial Close & Reporting environment.

Functional knowledge in SAP, Oracle Financials is advantageous.

Effective communication and Interpersonal skills.Desired Skills and Abilities:

Organized, Methodical, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Experience with complex reconciliations and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) will be added advantage.

Ability to work self-directedly in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
