Senior Associate - Vendor Management (IT Staffing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a mid level experienced IT Vendor Manager to manage our relationships with

external technology vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating contracts,

managing vendor performance, and ensuring that vendor services align with the companys IT

strategy and objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and a decent understanding of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key vendors. Act as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related matters.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with vendors to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate vendor performance through regular reviews and assessments to ensure adherence key performance indicators (KPIs) set for external vendors.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely manner to maintain smooth operations and service delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor management processes and practices.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT vendor management or a related role, with a proven track record of successful vendor negotiation and management.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT service management & vendor contracts
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in handling CRM tools/softwares
