Vendor management - IT staffing

Role & responsibilities

Vendor Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with key vendors.

Act as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related matters.

● Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with vendors to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate vendor performance through regular reviews and assessments to ensure adherence key performance indicators (KPIs) set for external vendors.

● Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely manner to maintain smooth operations and service delivery.

● Continuous Improvement: Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor management processes and practices.

Preferred candidate profile.

Having internship or hand on experience in recruitment ,Staffing ,screening and shortlisting the profiles .
