- Position Overview:-
As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving our recruitment strategy. You will partner with hiring managers across various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the startup landscape.
- Key Responsibilities:-
- Independently lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit, skills, and cultural alignment.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve processes and optimize hiring strategies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's visibility in the talent market.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Manage the end-to-end salary negotiation and offer process
- Qualifications:-
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proven track record of filling a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, job boards).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
