Real Estate Sales Head/Sales Manager (Exp 4+ Years)

At least 4 years of experience specifically in Real Estate Sales/Brokerage/Channel Partnership is a must in Delhi/NCR area preferably Gurugram.

Fixed salary plus performance based commissions.

Work Days 6, Office Hours-10am-7pm.

Salary- 6LPA-12LPA

Final Salary will depend upon the Interview and Experience.

We are a brokerage/channel partner firm operating primarily in the Dwarka Expressway area. We are the biggest brokerage and the channel partner company in this area.

Role & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Handle client inquiries and provide them with accurate information on properties.

Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.

Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients.

Close sales deals and achieve sales targets

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value

Display and market real property to possible buyer

Maintain and update listings of available properties

Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice, brokerage.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation Not Required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales, channel partnership, brokerage and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson or Real Estate Brokerage.

Proven track of successful sales record
