JOB TITLE:

Psychologist/Well Being Counsellor

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• On-site psychologists/counsellors who can refer the individual to the Doctor based on
  diagnosis

• Should have at least 3 years client facing experience in this role, preferably performing similar
role with any organizations.

• Should be comfortable handling a team size of 150 200 employees.

• Prior experience in Internet based accounts and Customer service industry or in any
  organization in a similar role is preferred.

• Ability to work & communicate with people across organizational unit.

• Should carry a lot of passion in doing this kind of role, comes across as a pleasing personality,
  blends well with teams & individuals should be able to build required trust, open up to share
  their personal issues caused due to type of work they do on daily basis Conduct market
  research to
  stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Excellent communication skills preferably trilingual (English, Hindi, Other Indian Regional
  language)

• Self-motivated and execution oriented.

• Ability to work on Multi Tasks and should be flexible • Team worker and should have people
  management experience

• Customer Management exposure and good presentation skills is a must. • Ability to handle
  pressure - Timelines and Customer Demands.

• Instant coaching support (therapists) via text message and/or VC,in case of any exigencies. •
  On-Site Psychologists/counsellors are required to be certified/experienced in the area of
  wellness

Notice Clause for Psychologists

We need sufficient notice (90 days) before anyone is off-boarded. All the employee information
and the details should be handed off and the replacement should be downloaded about the
above roles & responsibilities All the institutional knowledge, documents, training material will
be handed off to Company
