Senior Accountant

B.Com / CA Inter / MBA in Finance preferred

Experience in Tally ERP, GST, TDS & Income-Tax

Knowledge of Packing Credit in foreign currency, in rupees, import tractions.

Knowledge of Export documentation.

Finalization of accounts of private limited company, query solution ability.

Income tax scrutiny documentation preparation and experience in such matter will be added advantage.

Ensure that all queries raised by both internal & external customers are being responded within said timelines.

Assist the Accounts Team Leader with preparation and consolidation of Monthly Cash flow, Monthly Recharge Invoice, Monthly Profit and Loss Account.

Preparing inputs for the monthly/quarterly/annual submissions.

Co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors.

Bank reconciliations, control accounts and intercompany ledger to be reviewed on daily basis.

Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations.

Assisting in the preparation of reports (and/or providing input) for statutory/regulatory/fiscal reporting.

Preparation of various monthly reports.

Any other job-role which may be required by his senior accountant like filing excise and vat returns, filing of documents, payment of duties.

Fluency in English Speaking & Writing.

Proficient in Electronic Communication Like, Emails & Spreadsheet, Word Processing Etc. having good Knowledge of computer.

Over All Accounting staff Senior admin work.
