Customer Success Manager, SEA

What does an ideal profile look like

• Industry expertise: Strong background in mobile marketing platforms (MMPs), with knowledge of attribution models and OEM advertising strategies and approximately 3 years of experience in the industry.

• Technical and language acumen: Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical aspects of digital advertising, providing valuable insights and solutions to clients, fluency in English and Bahasa.

  • Fluency in Chinese would be a big plus!

• Dependability and proactiveness: Reliable and responsible, able to manage tasks and client interactions with minimal supervision, demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs and market opportunities.

• Brand advocacy: Passionate about representing and promoting the AVOW brand, actively contributing to its growth and presence in the region.
