Role & responsibilities

1. Entries Park in Tally and SAP B1. (Sales, Purchase, JV, Payment-Bank, Cash, MIRO)

2. Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

3. Prepare and submit the documents into Bank against export realization.

4. Prepare Export Invoice, E Invoice, E Waybill, packing list, and other declaration etc.

5. Coordinate with Customer for Collection.

6.. Handling of petty cash.

7. Prepare MIS (Vendor Outstanding, Petty Cash Report, Customer Outstanding, Inventory Report, Draw back report, and other report etc.)

8. Other accounting assignment given as per requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

SAP B1 is an additional advantage, Tally and busy will also work.
