Master Data Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage master data records for new pharmaceutical products, including product descriptions, specifications, and classifications.
- Create and maintain records for new molecules, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Create and update records for new product strengths, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- Ensure the correct and timely updation of salt information for all pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates, inconsistencies, and errors.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Procurement, to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels regarding data-related issues and changes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all master data management processes and updates.
- Adhere to all relevant data quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree in any related field
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical master data creation within the pharma retail industry.
Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product information and classification.
- Experience with Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing.
- In-depth knowledge of medicine salt composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
