Assistant Manager Finance

Job Description (Job Summary + Job Responsibilities)

Being a business finance partner to the manufacturing supply chain team for Asia pacific countries.

• Analyzing the month end manufacturing PL performance for the above countries including variance analysis, trend analysis and ensuring compliance to financial controls

• Work closely with stakeholders in PL monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and long-range planning

• Prepare financial reports, presentations and key dashboards for monthly review of key performance indicators

• Providing Capex analysis, lease vs buy analysis for new projects and assisting management in decision making

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability

• Identifying the Key Risk and Opportunity mid-month and provide visibility to the stakeholders

• Working closely with the manufacturing supply chain teams to understand the business reasons for variances and drive action plans for the mitigation and achievement of financial deliverables

• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams like manufacturing, supply chain, accounting to gather relevant data and ensure qualitative financial reporting
