Role & responsibilities The Bench Sales Recruiter in project management typically performs the following key functions:

Resource Planning (recruitment): Develop a resource plan that outlines the types and quantities of resources needed for the project.

Skill Assessment: Upskilling and reskilling the workforce if needed as per project demand.

Resource Allocation: Assign resources to specific project by finding a matching requirement and ensure that each resource is utilized effectively.

Resource Tracking: Monitor the progress of each resource assigned to the project to make sure interview process is Streamlined and update the resource plan as needed.

Resource Forecasting: Anticipate future resource needs based on the project's progress and update the resource plan accordingly.

Resource Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization and recommend changes to the resource planning department.

Resource Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts that arise between resources assigned to the project and address any issues related to resource availability, skills, or performance. Key Skills:

Basic Excel and Knowledge of LinkedIn.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Any Fresher Graduate/Post-Graduate. Graduation is MUST.
