Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Non-Employee Benefits (Non-EB) Claims Manager to oversee and manage claims related to motor, property, liability, marine, and other general insurance categories. The role requires expertise in claims assessment, investigation, settlement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Claims Management: Oversee end-to-end claims processing for Non-EB lines, including motor, property, liability, marine, and specialty insurance products.

- Claims Assessment & Investigation: Evaluate claims, assess damages, coordinate investigations, and ensure fair settlements.

- Fraud Prevention: Identify and mitigate fraudulent claims through detailed analysis and investigations.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all claims processing aligns with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.

- Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with policyholders, brokers, and internal stakeholders to provide seamless claims service.

- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in claims handling, implement automation, and enhance operational efficiency.

- Vendor & Third-Party Coordination: Manage relationships with surveyors, loss adjusters, legal teams, and third-party service providers.

- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate claims records, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field , experience in Non-EB claims handling within the general insurance sector.

- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulatory frameworks.

- Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
