Website Designer- WordPress developer with Graphic Designing skills

We are looking for a WordPress developer that can work on front-end and back-end projects, as well as make WordPress themes and plugins. Programming knowledge in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is necessary for this role. Graphic design experience using Figma is also required. Strong knowledge of content management systems and industry trends is required of the candidate. It is highly preferred if you have experience with responsive and adaptive design. It's also preferable to have a thorough understanding of the full web development process, from design to development to deployment.

Role & responsibilities

• Design visual content for digital and print media
• Develop graphics and user interfaces for our new software
• Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media graphics
• Edit and retouch images
• Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin

Preferred candidate profile

• At least three years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a similar environment.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Knowledge of additional graphic design programs is an advantage
