Job Description
Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute with PG / PG-Diploma in in Sales Marketing Management from reputed institute.
Experience
Min 10 -12 years of hands-on experience which shall include experience in Marketing Sales of Industrial Projects to various industries across India.
Should have handled large value orders. Willing to travel extensively on all India Basis.
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for sales of projects for Industrial Flooring, Rigid Pavements and related products.
- Providing technical support and advise clients
- Marketing of AVCON Products and Projects
- Responsible for lead generation and appointment setting
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team
- To achieve sales target product wise, month wise.
- Managing Complete cycle of sales from Enquiry to Payment
- Interacting with government bodies for product approval
- Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to AVCON TECHNICS PVT LTD are captured and explored
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
- Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
- Strong client management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude to dealing with people.
