• Conducting audits of aquaculture operations to assess compliance with certification
  standards.
• Evaluating practices related to sustainability, animal welfare, and food safety.
• Reviewing documentation and records.
• Preparing audit reports and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Keeping abreast of changes in certification standards and industry best practices.
• Communicating with certification bodies and stakeholders.
• Ensuring that processing operations comply with environmental regulations.
• Conducting environmental impact assessments.
• Developing and implementing environmental management plans.
• Monitoring and reporting on environmental performance.
• Investigating environmental incidents and recommending corrective actions.
• Liaising with regulatory agencies and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Masters degree in environmental science, fisheries science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of certification standards and regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills, Good communication and report-writing abilities
• Experience in environmental compliance and management.
• Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
