Trade Support Analyst

The Trade Support Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the firms trading operations. You will monitor positions in real-time, respond to adverse market movements, and ensure the seamless execution of trades. This position requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, strong decision-making skills, and the capacity to act quickly under pressure to mitigate potential trading risks. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Track and monitor positions in real-time across multiple asset classes to ensure adherence to trading strategies and risk parameters.
• Proactively identify and respond to market changes or adverse movements by taking corrective actions, such as adjusting positions or implementing hedging strategies, in accordance with risk management guidelines.
• Provide critical support during the trading day by ensuring trades are processed accurately and quickly. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to trade booking, settlement, or position management.
• Leverage Excel and other analytical tools to prepare detailed reports on trading performance, risk exposure, and P&L. Present findings to senior management for decision-making purposes
• Collaborate closely with traders, portfolio managers, and risk teams to ensure smooth trade execution, risk monitoring, and compliance with trading policies.
• Ensure all trades are reconciled between front, middle, and back office systems and resolve any discrepancies efficiently
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading systems and operational processes, suggesting improvements and implementing new tools as needed
