Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging designs across various mediums. This role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative projects that align with the brand identity and marketing goals of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop innovative designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, advertisements, presentations, infographics, and more.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs are consistent with the companys branding guidelines and visual identity.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to final execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and provide creative input.
• Tools & Technologies: Stay updated with design tools and software, leveraging them to create high-quality, impactful designs.
• Feedback Incorporation: Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Innovation: Research industry trends and integrate innovative design techniques to elevate the brands visual presence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is advantageous.
• Creativity: Strong conceptual and visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Detail Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce error-free designs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas effectively.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
• Experience working in industries like renewable energy, technology, or sustainability is a plus.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
