Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the domestic education loan market - UG PG Loans.
• Build, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
• Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
• Establish strong relationships with educational institutions, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Customize solutions to meet the financial needs of students and their families.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2-7 years of experience in the education loan sector, with a strong focus on domestic markets.
• Significant experience in leading and managing sales teams.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
