Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts
- Proactively pursue targets and meet the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
- Establish and develop relationships with potential and existing clients

- Work with team members to identify and manage risks and to ensure the maximum client satisfaction levels
- Experience working on Freelancer, Upwork, and other freelancing platforms to acquire new business opportunities.
- Lead generation through LinkedIn and other platforms, with a track record of consistently generating business for the last 3 months.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
- Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within less time frame.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
