Program Associate

The Program Associate will support the effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of the program s activities. The role will involve documenting key program activities, writing reports, coordination with various stakeholders, and support in organizational branding, ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements, and contributing to the achievement of the program s goals.

Responsibilities/Deliverables :

• Support in program documentation
• Maintain social media accounts and develop updates for regular posting.
• Regular updates and postings on website
• Assist in the development and dissemination of program communication materials.
• Compile, and support in reports of I-TECH activities for timely submission to key stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of program events, workshops, and trainings.
• Develop program success stories and other documents.
• Support in developing proposals and protocols as per the requirement.
• Coordinate with teams, and stakeholders as per need.
• Undertake field visits as per need.

• • Masters in Public Health or MBA in Health Management or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in any health program in India.

• • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
