Role & responsibilities

An Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing the organizations incoming payments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining healthy financial records while adhering to organizational policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing and Billing:
• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor and update billing systems with client information and payment terms.
• Payment Management:
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
• Record incoming payments and reconcile with accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes with clients.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare accounts receivable reports, including aging reports, for management review.
• Compliance and Audits:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for improving accounts receivable processes and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing and collections.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1 year experience

Good communication skill
