- Installation, Configuration, deployment of Agents
- Should be able to troubleshoot issues with AutoSys

- Good understanding of ITIL process is must
- Should be able to work with multiple application teams
- Experience with different operations system will be a plus
- Support and maintenance of Enterprise Scheduling environment Identify opportunities to improve/automate the existing processes
- Providing Root Cause Analysis to determine the facts based on the problem
- Should have expertise in defining jobs, configuring the jobs as per the business needs
- Adherence to Change Management process and controls flow for various changes being implemented
