Job Description
Autostrings is looking for Works Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of workers, supervisors, and contractors
- Assign tasks, set performance goals, provide guidance and support, and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture
- Resource Allocation: Determine resource requirements for each project, including materials, equipment, and manpower
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of resources and resolve any resource-related issues
- Quality Control: Implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections, monitor work progress, and address any deviations or non-compliance promptly
- Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment for all workers by enforcing safety policies, procedures, and regulations
- Conduct regular safety audits, provide training on safe work practices, and address any safety concerns or incidents
