Role & responsibilities

Hydraulics Design

• Selection of Hydraulic Components such as Couplings, Adapters, Flanges...etc & selection of Bulk Hoses, Bulk Tubes based on the functional requirements as per J9.1 & J12.1 standards (PST)
  • Routing Hydraulics lines using FLD
  • Analysis which used for Hose length validation as well as Hose Behaviour in the articulating areas.
  • Creo Mechanism to make sure there is sufficient clearance with the other components in the articulating area like Boom, Stick & Bucket cylinder & lines clearance with Boom, Stick when they were at Max position.
  • Hydraulic Schematic Drawings & very good in Hydraulic Schematic reading.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, weld symbols usage, weldment design, Engineering change notice
