Qa Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Java, Selenium, API Automation, Python, UI Automation, Karate, Playwright, Cucumber.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
  
• Develop and execute manual tests for web applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  
• Analyze defects reported by stakeholders and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
  
• Participate in Agile methodologies such as Scrum to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Lead and manage the project test strategy

• Can be assigned as QA representative on complex application development, Program or maintenance projects
• Working with support teams, customers and wider user community
• Incumbent will lead a team of 2 to 3 QA Analysts responsible for testing applications thoroughly to ensure that the risk of promoting changes to production is minimized
• Incumbent has authority to raise quality issues to protect the production environment
• Excellent strategy and team approach will directly determine the success of the QA activities performed
• Manages the testing team, effort, services, and releases for Mobile Projects (End-to-End)
• Develop an effective Testing Plan/Strategy for the Franchise
• Communicates QA Project Status to Stakeholders

• Manages QA Team Performance
