- Understanding of UI design, how various web pages can be accessed using tools like Selenium
- Hands on with Selenium is a must have

- Should be able to automate test cases given a test case script and ensure test coverage
- Should be able to guide at least one junior to take up the automation
- Target - 10 Tcs per week coding, 8 TC conversion to master scenario
