TOSCA Automation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tosca Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tosca automation tools, web application and API automation, and experience in managing small teams. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Tosca automation processes. Additionally, you will help convey best practices and lead the integration of continuous testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, deploy, and maintain Tosca automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tosca automation tools and frameworks.
• Manage and mentor small teams on Tosca-related projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Design and develop test automation scripts using Tosca for web applications and APIs.
• Execute test automation scripts and publish detailed test reports.
• Implement integrations and continuous testing strategies, ensuring seamless automation.
• Apply best practices for Tosca automation, including custom controls, and provide coaching to team members.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Tosca-related automation frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to Tricentis best practices across the automation process.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on experience with Tosca automation tool, particularly in web application and API automation.
• Tosca Certifications: Mandatory certifications in TOSCA AS1, AS2, AE1, AE2, TDS, and TQL.
• SAP Experience (Good to Have): Experience with Tosca automation for SAP applications is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various Tosca-related automation frameworks.
• Proven experience managing small teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in integrating continuous testing and testing automation within the development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
