DT Intelligent Automation Packaged Product (AA, UI, BP) Manager

Identify and assess automation opportunities across different business processes and functions.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points, and propose automation solutions to streamline and optimize workflows.Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using various tools and technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation platforms, and scripting languages.Conduct process assessments to analyze and document existing processes, identify automation potential, and define automation requirements.

Create detailed automation plans, including solution architecture, development approach, testing strategy, and deployment plan.Build and configure automation workflows, including process mapping, workflow design, data mapping, and integration with other systems.Develop and maintain automation scripts, macros, and bots to automate repetitive and manual tasks.Perform testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of automation solutions.Stay updated with the latest automation tools, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, operations, and business analysts, to align automation initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.Document and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, configuration settings, and user manuals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience as an Automation Specialist or similar role, with expertise in implementing automation solutions.Strong knowledge of automation technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and process mapping tools.Experience with popular RPA platforms, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Familiarity with workflow automation platforms, such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Nintex.Proficiency in analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities.Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify automation bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders at all levels and effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the evolving automation landscape.
