Automation Engineer (Fresher/Experienced)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, Development, and Testing:
• Develop and implement automation solutions including SCADA, PLCs, and RTUs.
• Create and test automation logic using IEC61131 languages (e.g., Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text, etc.).
• Design and implement Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems for SCADA.
• System Integration:
• Integrate various subsystems, including SCADA, PLCs, RTUs, and HMIs, into a unified automation solution.
• Configure and manage communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, Ethernet/IP, Profinet and Profibus for seamless data exchange between devices.
• Project Management:
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Technical Support and Maintenance:
• Provide technical support during the commissioning and operational phases of automation systems.
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades to existing automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards in all projects.
• Documentation:
• Create detailed technical documentation, including system design documents, operation manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of project milestones, configurations, and changes.
