Head Manufacturing Operations

• Spearheading entire gamut ofproduction activities entailing production planning, scheduling, manpower planning, and distribution shift wise
• Delivering on job training for new OEs and casual labour
• Responsible for complete production activity right from planning, scheduling, manpower hiring and executing the productivity.
• Ensure efficiency in process operations; developing competency among the team membersRole & responsibilities
• Meet production targets on time and ensuring product quality as per quality standards
• Adhering to TQM procedures; directing manufacturing activities to ensure maximum quality is delivered
• Developing, reviewing, and implementing strategies and actions resulting in continuous improvement in safety, product quality, product delivery, productivity
• Increasing productivity by eliminating waste, line balancing, OEE improvement
• Implementing Kaizens for continuous improvements; ensuring customer service rating, on monthly basis
• Achieving substantial cost savings through production process optimization projects; developing ideas around for cost rationalization
• Layout set up to meet Just in time and Just in Sequence Production and supply to customer.
• Complete Plant Operations management in Assembly line, Sewing line, Frame line and Foam plant.
• Preparing and ensuring the Plant Budget and meeting Plant profitability.
• TPS implementation
• Ensuring 100% ON TIME deliveries to the customer
• Ensure employee engagement, recognition and motivating to create Organization first culture ensuring a better workplace to work in.
• Interaction with customer to resolve their issues.
• Daily Production MIS with proper analysis of rejection and rework data
• Monthly MIS with proper analysis and action plans for company benefits

Candidates should be from Seating production background.

Ex-candidates of seating industry will be preferred.
