Validation Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Validation and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct validation activities for Autoclaves, Tunnels, Chambers, and Room Mapping.
• Ensure adherence to industry and company standards for validation and quality control.
• Address and resolve technical queries related to validation processes from customers and team members.

Branch Operations Management:

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Monitor and analyze branch performance, implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Manage branch budgets, resources, and operational processes effectively.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and operational knowledge.
• Foster a positive work environment and address team concerns promptly.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
