Site Supervisior For Interior Designing

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Interior Designing and execution Supervisor to lead and manage our dynamic execution team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Drawing Reading, Material knowledge, project management, and team management and coordination. This role involves overseeing the Complete execution process of Project from initial concept development through to finalization, ensuring that all projects are completed on time as per the Document.

--> Site Supervision experience in Interior Designing must be Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

--> Manage and mentor a team of contractors, guiding them throughout the design and implementation phases.

--> Ensure the highest quality of work while staying within time constraints.

--> Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

--> Experience in supervision of Interior Designing industry or related field.

--> Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

--> Strong Knowledge in design reading.

--> Strong communication and leadership skills.

--> Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
